Well, congrats any way, a race you finish in a way you're happy with is a win in my book (as someone who had to stop running ~20 years ago because my knees couldn't take it)

No, I've run quite a few. Most of them should be under the 'races' category. I didn't train much at all, so the finish time was what I deserved. This time is about the same as I ran 2 years ago, which I was happy with given I'm 2 years older!

Is this your first? If not how does it compare? My other half informs me "that's pretty good if he's not an elite"

I haven't used HiveMind much since writing this post. It actually didn't prove out to do what we wanted for the project I was working on at the time, and we went in a different direction with some home grown code.

Hi Paul,
I´m also trying to get my head around HiveMind (HM)!!
Have you programmed anything using HM?
There are very few real-world examples for HM - I´m looking to build a client-server swing app. which uses HM. Have you found anything which might help?
Thanks for any help.
Regards,
Mark

You do bring to Boston our Kleenex station at mile 14 (or elsewhere appropriate, Mile 14 in NYC is just past a water station and just before the Queensboro bridge).

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately!) I'm not running this year, although I'll be cheering on a number of friends who are running.
